Apply for provisional registration via Merits

**upload your PSV cert in merits(under additional documents)

Receive the letter called: Permohonan Pendaftaran Sementara  

UPDATE: register at the merits for SPA 9i number 

then you can use the number to register for SPA9i

Apply for e-HO tapisan via SPA9i
