Madam ZZ is a 30 year old G4P3 lady at 38 weeks of gestation. She has one previous Caesarean Section delivery for cord prolapse. Otherwise her current antenatal care has been uneventful.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE:
A. Examine her abdomen.
B. Present your findings.
C. The patient is anxious about vaginal birth.
